“微格教学”是高等师范学校对学生进行课堂理论知识技能和音乐教学技能训练时值得采用的一种方法体系,它借助现代多媒体设施,以小组互动教育为组织特点,进行实践教学。在我国高师音乐教学过程中,将传统的口传心授的教学模式与微格教学各方面的要点更好地结合起来,重视课程设置的完善、精品课例的观摩与学生自主分析批评活动的组织,有望继续提升教学效率和质量,解决目前面临的教学有效性不足的问题,并引导更多的高师院校参与微格教学的研究与实践。
“Microteaching” is a method system that higher normal schools should use for students to carry out theoretical knowledge and skills of classroom teaching and music teaching skills. With the help of modern multimedia facilities, interactive education of groups takes organizational teaching as an example. In the process of music teaching in our country, we combine the teaching mode of traditional oral tradition with the main points of micro-teaching. We attach great importance to the improvement of the curriculum, the observation of excellent courses and the organization of students’ independent analysis and criticism activities , Is expected to continue to improve teaching efficiency and quality, solve the problem of insufficient teaching effectiveness and guide more higher normal colleges and universities to participate in the research and practice of micro-teaching.
