目的探讨生长激素对人体衰老的影响。方法12名自愿参加试验研究的健康老年人皮下注射人类生长激素(r-humangrowthhormone,r-hGH),剂量为0.08U/kg,每周3次,共用6个月。结果胰岛素样生长因子(insulin-likegrowthfactor-1,IGF-1)水平注射前均值为762±178U/L,注射3个月后升高为1062±127U/L,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。但注射6个月后,下降为697±124U/L,与3个月相比,差异亦有显著性(P<0.01)。IGF-1下降原因不明。采用双能X线吸收仪(dualenergyX-rayabsorptiometry,DEXA)测定脂肪和精肉,试验前后分别为14559±4182g及13709±3325g和49683±280及50317±2935g,但差异无显著性;骨密度在试验前后变化不显著。结论所有受试者试后均保持健康,除2例6个月血糖稍升高(分别从5.08上升至7.89mmol/L和5.67上升至8.24mmol/L)外,无明显副作用,对应用r-hGH延迟生理衰老的利弊尚需做更多病例观察。
Objective To investigate the effect of growth hormone on human aging. Methods 12 healthy volunteers, who volunteered to participate in the pilot study, were injected subcutaneously with human growth hormone (r-hGH) at a dose of 0.08U / kg three times a week for 6 months. Conclusions All subjects remained healthy after the trial, with no significant difference except for 2 patients with slightly elevated blood glucose at 6 months (increased from 5.08 to 7.89 mmol / L and 5.67 to 8.24 mmol / L, respectively) Side effects, the application of r-hGH delay physiological aging, the advantages and disadvantages still need to do more case observations.
