在北京人才队伍中,有一个不可忽视的群体,就是女性领导人才。这个群体,是北京领导人才队伍的重要组成部分,长期以来发挥了不可替代的作用,随着北京迈向现代化、国际化步伐的进一步加快,它的作用将愈加重要和突出。本文通过对北京市党政女性领导干部的调查,从女性领导干部的整体状况、内部群体差异、与男性领导的性别差异等方面进行了系统分析,力图对北京市女性领导干部的整体状况形成较全面的认识。
In Beijing’s talent team, there is a group that can not be ignored, that is, the female leaders. This group, an important part of Beijing’s contingent of leading personnel, has played an irreplaceable role for a long time. As Beijing moves toward modernization and the pace of internationalization is further accelerated, its role will become even more important and prominent. Based on the investigation of leading cadres in party and government in Beijing, this paper systematically analyzes the overall situation of female leading cadres, the differences among internal groups and the gender differences with the male leaders in order to make the overall situation of leading cadres in Beijing more important Comprehensive understanding.
