水稻秧苗宜在微酸条件下生长这一事实愈来愈引起国内外人们的重视。我们通过两年的试验证实,微酸性条件不仅能促进水稻秧苗的细胞增殖、干物质积累,还促进秧苗的器官分化及形态建成,秧苗的抗逆性也大大增强,对提高水稻秧苗素质很有意义。 1983年我们进行水稻大棚盘育秧,在床土中加调酸剂(硝基腐植酸)和适量化肥,育出了壮苗。1984年在所内继续试验,并在灌区各县进行秧田调酸验证,据收到的试验结果分析,调酸对水稻秧苗取得明显效果。现将有关资料整理综合如下。
The fact that rice seedlings should grow under slightly acidic conditions has drawn more and more attention from people at home and abroad. Through two years of experiments, we confirmed that slightly acidic conditions can not only promote cell proliferation and dry matter accumulation of rice seedlings, but also promote organs differentiation and morphogenesis of seedlings. The stress resistance of seedlings is also greatly enhanced. The quality of rice seedlings is very high significance. In 1983, we carried out the cultivation of rice in the greenhouse, transplanting seedlings with acid (nitro humic acid) and appropriate amount of fertilizers. In 1984, the experiment was continued in the institute and the acidification of seedling was verified in all counties in the irrigation area. According to the analysis of the test results received, the acid-adjusting effect on rice seedlings achieved remarkable results. The relevant information is now organized as follows.
