桥上无缝线路除有一般地段无缝线路所受的各种力之外,还受桥跨结构因温度变化所引起的伸缩力和由列车荷载产生挠曲变形引起的挠曲力。在上述各种力的共同作用下,长轨条强度和稳定不得超过允许限度。为了弄清伸缩力和挠曲力的影响,除进行现场试铺、观测外,还进行了模型试验和动载试验。通过观测、试验,基本上模清了有碴桥上伸缩力分布规律、道床阻力、挠曲力大小及对轨道、支座的影响等。
