收集宁、镇两地医院水囊引产胎儿 65例 ( 16w～ 3 8w) ,按胎龄分为 7组 (Ⅰ～Ⅶ )。取松果体常规固定 ,作组织学切片 ,光镜观察和计算机图像分析。观察松果体组织的形态发育 ,测量松果体细胞的形态特征。结果显示 :从Ⅰ组到Ⅶ组 ,松果体组织的细胞密度逐渐减小 ,松果体细胞的胞体逐渐增大 ,细胞器发育渐趋成熟。籍此探讨松果体生前生长发育的规律 ,并为松果体生后生长发育的研究奠定基础
Totally 65 fetuses (16w ~ 38w) were collected from hospitals and hospitals in Ning and Zhen, and were divided into 7 groups (Ⅰ ~ Ⅶ) according to gestational age. Take conventional pineal fixed for histological sections, light microscopy and computer image analysis. Morphological development of pineal gland tissues was observed and the morphological characteristics of pineal gland cells were measured. The results showed that from Ⅰ group to Ⅶ group, the density of pineal tissue cells gradually decreased, the body cell of pineal gland cells gradually increased, and the development of organelles gradually matured.
