一直是煤矿安全薄弱环节的井下车辆过风门问题,近日在新汶局良庄矿得到了彻底解决。针对撞杆风门矿车通行时行人的不安全问题,该矿组织人员进行技术攻关,对原有的撞杆风门进行了改进,研制成功了超声振动式、压力触头式、探头接触式三组声光信号系统,分别安装在井下风门上。声光信号系统通过矿车运动车轮产生的振动作用、矿车车轮与信号系统探头的碰撞感应使车辆通过风门前声光信号提前发出警报,提醒另一侧即将过风门的人注意车辆通行,保证了车辆通过风门时行人的安全。撞杆风门在矿车过风门时通过车辆碰撞风门撞杆,使风门自动开启,车辆过后风门自动关闭。这样,声光信号、风门启闭一体化,实现了井下风门通车自动化。工人们高兴地说:
