本文界定了人力资源管理信息化的含义,并阐述了其发展历程。其次又分析了人力资源信息化管理的优越性。前文中的介绍使我们对人力资源管理的信息化有了一个直观的印象,接下来通过对我国企业人力资源信息化管理现状和问题的剖析,使我们更为深刻的了解我国人力资源信息化的水平。最后,针对目前存在的问题,给出了相对应的解决方案,希望给我国企业提供一点启示。
This article defines the meaning of human resource management information and expounds its development history. Secondly, it analyzes the superiority of human resources information management. The introduction of the above gives us an intuition about the informationization of human resource management. Then through the analysis of the status quo and problems of human resource information management in our country, we can get a deeper understanding of the human resource informatization in our country Level. Finally, according to the existing problems, the corresponding solutions are given, hoping to provide some inspiration to our country’s enterprises.
