建立了高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法测定烟用香精中香豆素和黄樟素的方法,样品用乙醇振荡萃取,萃取液经0.45μm滤膜过滤后,直接进行高效液相色谱分析,检测波长为280nm。该法的精密度均在10%以内,香豆素的回收率在88.0%—104.1%之间,黄樟素回收率在85.0%—98.8%之间,检出限分别为0.51、0.13mg/kg。方法简便、快速、准确,可用于烟用香精中香豆素和黄樟素的测定。
A method for the determination of coumarin and safrole in tobacco flavor by HPLC-diode array was established. The sample was extracted by ethanol and the filtrate was filtered through 0.45 μm membrane and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. The detection wavelength Is 280 nm. The precision of the method was within 10%, the recovery of coumarin was between 88.0% and 104.1%, the recovery rate of safrole was between 85.0% and 98.8%, and the detection limits were 0.51 and 0.13 mg / kg, respectively. The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be applied to the determination of coumarin and safrole in tobacco flavor.
