本文为Oulu大学耳鼻喉科1964年至1971年所行211耳中耳根治及充填术后的早期(平均1.5月)和晚期(4至14年)X线平片随诊结果。术中发现胆脂瘤113耳,慢性中耳炎98耳。充填物颞肌156耳,肌瓣与无机骨44耳,硅胶海绵与肌肉11耳。鼓膜用颞筋膜修复。外耳道用肌肉、颞筋膜再造者204耳;用乳突骨皮质碎片成形者7耳。随诊结果如下: 1.气房残存:根据术前X线片乳突气房的范围与颅中窝、乙状窦、乳突尖端及外耳道后壁骨板的相邻关系,分为以下三组:气房未超过骨板者45.4%;超过骨板≤2cm者41.2%;超过骨板2cm者6.2%;过去曾行手术者7.1%。术后随
This is the first follow-up of 211 ears treated with otitis media at the Ear University from Oulu University in the period from 1964 to 1971 with early (mean 1.5 months) and late (4-14 years) radiofrequency ablation. Cholesteatoma was found in 113 ears, 98 ears of chronic otitis media. Temporal muscle filling 156 ears, 44 cases of muscle flap and inorganic bone, silicone sponge and muscle 11 ears.
