为研究浅埋煤层“刀把”型工作面矿压显现规律及支架适应性情况,采用KJ27液压支架压力在线监测系统和FLAC3D数值模拟对转龙湾煤矿23103首采工作面进行实测、分析。结果表明:23103短工作面初次来压步距为49 m,周期来压步距约为10.6 m,支架动载系数约为1.30;长工作面的初次来压步距约为35.9 m,周期来压步距约为9.54 m,支架动载系数约为1.328;来压期间,工作面中部支架工作阻力较大,机头、机尾处支架工作阻力较小,工作面支架工作阻力大部分位于7 200~10 500 k N之间,支架的额定工作阻力为11 000 k N,因此现有支架可以满足生产需求。
In order to study the occurrence law of underground pressure and the adaptability of support in shallow coal seam, the author adopted KJ27 hydraulic support pressure on-line monitoring system and FLAC3D numerical simulation to survey and analyze the 23103 first working face in Zhuanglongwan Coal Mine. The results show that the initial pressure step distance of 23103 short working face is 49 m, the periodic step distance is about 10.6 m and the dynamic load coefficient of the stent is about 1.30. The initial pressure step of long working face is about 35.9 m. The pressure step is about 9.54 m, the dynamic load factor of the stent is about 1.328; during the compression, the working resistance of the middle bracket of the working face is larger, the working resistance of the bracket at the nose and tail is smaller, the working resistance of the working face bracket is mostly located at 7 Between 200 and 10 500 kN, the rated working resistance of the stand is 11 000 kN, so the existing stand can meet the production needs.
