复杂曲面管类钣金件作为航空发动机的重要单件,由于其形状复杂且同时具有壁薄、直径小、需与另一钣金件的某部位相配合等特征,加工及外观质量很难保证。本文对复杂曲面导管进行了工艺分析,同时分析了其复杂曲面、小直径凸缘成形的工艺难点。分别从回弹量及尺寸控制、缺陷特征及模具修理、冲压前的零件表面保护3个方面,对复杂曲面的冲压成形控制进行研究,提出了一套复杂曲面的冲压成形控制方法。此外,还提出了一套“能有效改进小直径凸缘轧波成型后的各种缺陷及尺寸超差情况”的校正方法。分析得出“该类复杂曲面和小直径凸缘钣金件成形控制”的一般规律,为后续同类型零件的成形研究打下基础。
Complex surface tube sheet metal parts as aero-engine important single piece, due to its complex shape and at the same time has a thin wall, small diameter, with the other parts of a sheet metal parts and other features to be matched, processing and appearance of quality is difficult to guarantee . In this paper, the process of complex curved duct was analyzed, at the same time, the difficult process of forming complex curved surface and small diameter flange was analyzed. The stamping forming control of the complex curved surface is studied respectively from the aspects of springback amount and size control, defect characteristics and mold repairing, and surface protection of the part before stamping. A set of stamping forming control method with complex surface is proposed. In addition, a set of “correction methods that can effectively improve various defects and dimensional tolerance after roll forming of small diameter flanges” is also proposed. The general law of “forming control of such complex curved surfaces and small diameter flange sheet metal parts” was analyzed, which laid the foundation for the subsequent research on the forming of the same type of parts.
