目的:探讨医院药房管理中存在的问题,对改进措施加以总结。方法:选取2014年1月-2016年12月期间我院收治的1200例用药患者,随机分为观察组(600例)与对照组(600例),对照组根据以往经验进行常规药房管理,观察组则组织相关人员讨论总结现存问题,提出改进措施,对比两组药房管理效果。结果:观察组药房管理不良事件(医疗纠纷、发放药品与处方不符、药学服务不完整、发放不合格药品、未及时清理过期药品)为1.83%,明显低于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针对药房管理实际问题加以改进能够有效减少不良事件的发生,对于维持良好的医患关系保障安全用药具有重要意义。
Objective: To discuss the problems in hospital pharmacy management and to sum up the improvement measures. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (600 cases) and control group (600 cases). The control group was based on past experience of routine pharmacy management and observed The group organized the relevant personnel to discuss and summarize the existing problems, put forward improvement measures, and compared the two groups of pharmacy management results. Results: Adverse events in the observation group (1.83% for medical disputes, discrepancy between drugs and prescriptions, incomplete pharmacy services, the issuance of substandard drugs and timely expiration of expired drugs) were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Improving the practical problems of pharmacy management can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and is of great significance to maintain a good doctor-patient relationship to ensure safe medication.
