目的:建立仙人掌中芦丁含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法。方法:以芦丁为对照品,采用色谱柱为ODS C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇:0.4%磷酸(40:60)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,柱温25℃,进样量10μL,检测波长为360nm。结果:芦丁的进样量范围在0.5~5μg内(r=0.999 9),线性关系良好;平均回收率为100.527%(RSD为1.970%)。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、可行、稳定,分离效果较好。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of rutin in cactus by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: Rutin was used as reference substance. The chromatographic column was ODS C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol: 0.4% phosphoric acid (40:60) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL / ℃, injection volume 10μL, detection wavelength of 360nm. Results: The injection volume of rutin was in the range of 0.5-5 μg (r = 0.999 9). The linearity was good. The average recovery was 100.527% (RSD 1.970%). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, feasible and stable, and the separation effect is better.
