领导班子,是企业一切活动的指挥部和决策部。其战斗力的强弱,直接决定着企业的兴衰和命运。而领导班子能否成为一个坚强有力的战斗集体,每个成员能否心情舒畅地充分发挥自己的特长和应有的作用,在很大程度上,与这个班子的结构有着密切的关系。结构合理就有可能各尽其才,互助互补,使整体效能达到最优化程度;结构不合理,各人的特长难以发挥,其结构多半是矛盾重重、内耗丛生、效能低下。合理的班子结构不仅表现在专业、智能、知识和年龄方面,而且还要求在领导者个体素质方面能协调一致。
The leadership team is the command and decision-making department of all activities of the company. The strength of its fighting power directly determines the rise and fall of companies and their fate. Whether or not the leading group can become a strong and powerful fighting collective, whether each member can fully and fully utilize their talents and their proper functions, has a close relationship with the structure of the team to a large extent.
