通过高温车辙试验及低温冻融劈裂试验验证开级配沥青混合料的在一定湿度下的强度特性,以期为气候潮湿环境下的开级配沥青混合料施工提供指导依据。试验将OGFC-10、OGFC-13和OGFC-163种混合料分别配比两种不同沥青制作成试块,试验前给予试块一定的湿度环境,再在高温和低温情况下分别检测试块强度。结果表明:粒径较大的混合料温度一定时稳定性更好,其内部结构强度更高。由于沥青种类及集料级配对沥青混合料特性影响较大,工程中通过选择合理级配及沥青种类,可以在兼顾排水性能的同时最大程度提高开级配沥青混合料在温度、湿度耦合作用下的耐久性。
The strength characteristics of open-graded asphalt mixture under certain humidity were verified by high-temperature rutting test and low-temperature freeze-thaw splitting test in order to provide guidance for the construction of open-graded asphalt mixture under climatic wet conditions. Test OGFC-10, OGFC-13 and OGFC-163 were mixed with two kinds of asphalt mixture of different test pieces made of the test block before the test to give a certain humidity environment, and then in the case of high temperature and low temperature were detected test block strength . The results show that the stability of the mixture with larger particle size is better and its internal structure is more stable. Due to the influence of asphalt type and aggregate gradation on the properties of asphalt mixture, the selection of reasonable gradation and asphalt type in the project can maximize the drainage performance at the same time as the open gradation asphalt mixture under the coupling of temperature and humidity Durability.
