我公司生料入磨输送采用B1000×128930mm胶带机,使用过程中发生过2次胶带机中间挂扯事故,长度分别为80m和95m。1挂扯情况1)2008年11月,发生一起挂扯事故,中控操作员发现入磨胶带机负荷增大(78A→81A),检查定量给料机运行状况正常,最后由入磨胶带机头部监控镜头发现胶带机中间挂扯,随即停车,通知现场检查,发现有一个500mm×400mm的不规则三角铁件(石灰石均化堆场料池边脱焊)卡在带式除铁器下,将胶带机中间挂扯约80m长。
