Cycloprofen是2-芳基丙酸类的非甾体抗炎药物,其抗炎作用只取决于S(+)-对映体,本文采用~1HNMR及铕位移试剂的方法测定Cycloprofen对映体成分。使用90MHz Varian EM-390光谱仪进行H~1NMR测量,环境温度35±10℃,四甲基硅烷用硫酸及饱和碳酸钾溶液连续清洗以除去四氢呋喃,四氯化碳应用前先蒸馏,贮于4A分子筛上。tris[七氟丙基羟基甲烷-(+)-樟脑]铕(Ⅲ)[Eu(hfc)_3]和tris[七氟丙基羟基甲烷-(+)-樟脑]镨(Ⅲ)[Pr(hfc)_3]在真空中贮于P_2O_5上或在干的N_2气中。
