目的对进口乳制品中克罗诺阪崎肠杆菌分离株的耐药性进行研究。方法采用纸片扩散法对99株克罗诺阪崎肠杆菌分离株和1株标准菌株进行药敏性试验,共选择7大类20种抗生素。结果所测试的100株菌株对美洛西林、亚胺培南、美罗培南、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、卡那霉素、妥布霉素、氯霉素、头孢吡肟、头孢哌酮、头孢噻肟、头孢他啶、环丙沙星和诺氟沙星敏感;对苯唑西林产生耐药;对头孢噻吩、氨苄西林、头孢唑啉、和四环素具有不同程度的耐药性,耐药率分别为65.0%、17.0%、3.0%和2.0%;对头孢唑啉、头孢噻吩、氨苄西林、头孢曲松和四环素中介率分别为25.0%、23.0%、6.0%、2.0%和1.0%;13株对3种抗生素耐药,4株表现多重耐药性。结论进口乳制品中克罗诺阪崎肠杆菌分离株对所测试的大多数抗生素敏感,但对苯唑西林全部耐药,对部分抗生素出现较高的耐药和多重耐药性,因此克罗诺阪崎肠杆菌的耐药性应引起广泛的社会关注。
Objective To study the drug resistance of Enterobacter sakazakii in imported dairy products. Methods 99 strains of Enterobacter sakazakii isolates and 1 strain of standard strains were tested for drug susceptibility by disk diffusion method. Totally 20 kinds of antibiotics were selected from 7 categories. Results The 100 strains tested were tested against mezlocillin, imipenem, meropenem, gentamicin, amikacin, kanamycin, tobramycin, chloramphenicol, cefepime, Ketone, cefotaxime, ceftazidime, ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin; resistance to oxacillin; cefalotin, ampicillin, cefazolin, and tetracycline have different degrees of resistance, resistance The rates of cefazolin, cefalotin, ampicillin, ceftriaxone and tetracycline were 25.0%, 23.0%, 6.0%, 2.0% and 1.0%, respectively, with the rates of 65.0%, 17.0%, 3.0% and 2.0% Thirteen strains were resistant to three antibiotics and four strains showed multiple drug resistance. Conclusion Enterobacter cloacae isolates from imported dairy products are sensitive to most of the antibiotics tested, but are resistant to oxacillin and have high resistance and multi-drug resistance to some antibiotics. Therefore, Enterobacter sakazakii resistance should cause widespread social concern.
