钢筋混凝土现浇结构施工历来重视模板工程。弧形结构因其应用较少且难度偏大,对模板的要求更为讲究。模板设计合理,施工事半功倍。我处在北京天文台2.16米天文望远镜观测室工程中,对直径22.2米、高1.8米至4.73米的多层环梁,采用弧形模板内撑外挂法施工,作了一次成功的尝试。一、弧形模板的主要构件(参阅原理图)
The construction of reinforced concrete cast-in-place structures has always attached importance to formwork engineering. Due to its less application and more difficulty, the curved structure requires more attention to the requirements of the template. The design of the template is reasonable and the construction work is much more effective. I was at the Observatory’s 2.16-meter telescope observation room project at the Beijing Observatory. A multi-layer ring beam with a diameter of 22.2 meters and a height of 1.8 meters to 4.73 meters was built using a curved formwork for internal support and external fixation.
