近年来,我国十分重视行政事业单位的财务管理工作,制定了一系列的准则、规章、制度,用以来规范财务基础工作,与此同时,通过加强会计人员职业道德教育、业务培训和继续教育工作等措施,不断提高广大会计人员的业务技能,促进财务管理工作的改善和提高。但是,行政事业单位的财务管理工作仍存在很多薄弱环节和不足之处,需要加以改进和完善。为此,现对行政事业单位财务管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相关对策。
