目的通过基于体素的灰质不对称性系数(AI),研究单侧突发感音神经性耳聋患者大脑灰质结构的改变。方法搜集86例单侧突发感音神经性耳聋患者及105名听觉正常的健康志愿者(对照组)的高分辨磁共振结构像数据,采用基于体素形态分析法,计算大脑灰质体积AI,统计分析不同侧别突聋患者大脑灰质体积偏侧化程度的改变。结果与对照组相比,左侧突聋患者部分脑区存在左侧化及右侧化程度的改变,而右侧突聋患者只在部分脑区存在右侧化程度的改变。结论单侧突发感音神经性耳聋患者存在大脑灰质体积AI的改变,提示我们与突聋有关的体素水平大脑结构重组及灰质体积偏侧化程度的改变。
Objective To study the gray matter structure of the brain in patients with unilateral sensorineural hearing loss through voxel-based gray matter asymmetry coefficient (AI). Methods High-resolution magnetic resonance imaging data of 86 patients with unilateral sensorineural hearing loss and 105 healthy volunteers (control group) were collected. Based on voxel morphology analysis, gray matter volume (AI) Statistical analysis of the different side of sudden deafness in patients with cerebral gray matter lateralization degree of change. Results Compared with the control group, left brain deafness in some patients with left and right degrees of change, while the right deafness only in some patients with dextral right degree of change. Conclusions There is a change in the gray matter volume (AI) of the gray matter in patients with unilateral sudden sensorineural deafness, suggesting that we have a structural change in brain structure and a change in the degree of gray matter lateralization associated with sudden deafness.
