近年来,高校体育教师创新行为一直是学术界关注和探讨的热点。本研究提出高校体育教师知识共享激励机制的综合理论分析框架,并运用系统动力学模型进行仿真。模拟仿真结果显示,模型与高校体育教师的现实情况基本相符,加强员工培训、提升员工荣誉感和情感激励对推动高等院校体育教师知识共享行为,提升高等院校体育教师知识共享产出有不可忽视的引导作用。
In recent years, innovations in physical education teachers in colleges and universities have always been the focus of attention and discussion in academia. This research proposes a comprehensive theoretical analysis framework of knowledge sharing incentive mechanism for PE teachers in colleges and universities, and uses system dynamics model to simulate. The simulation results show that the model is basically in line with the actual situation of PE teachers in colleges and universities. It is inevitable to strengthen staff training and promote employee honor and emotion to promote the knowledge sharing behavior of PE teachers in institutions of higher learning and enhance the PE teachers’ knowledge-sharing output Neglect of the guiding role.
