本文报道采用国产沉淀剂(硫酸葡聚糖和氯化镁)分离血清中高密度脂蛋白亚组分(HDL_2和HDL_3),并用酶学测定其胆固醇含量的实验方法。操作简便、快速,且无需特殊的仪器设备,重复性和稳定性良好,与超速离心法比较,结果颇为一致,相关系数γ=0.96。用本法测得部分健康人的HDL_2胆固醇平均值±标准差男、女分别为19.29±5.58mg/dl和23.40±6.94mg/dl,HDL_3胆固醇则男、女分别为34.70±6.98mg/dl和37.03±7.80mg/dl。
This paper reports the experimental method for the determination of HDL - 2 and HDL - 3 in serum using domestic precipitants (dextran sulfate and magnesium chloride) and the determination of cholesterol content by enzymatic method. The operation is simple, fast, and without special equipment, good repeatability and stability, the results are quite consistent with the ultracentrifugation method, the correlation coefficient γ = 0.96. The mean HDL 2 cholesterol of some healthy people measured by this method was 19.29 ± 5.58mg / dl and 23.40 ± 6.94mg / dl, respectively, while the HDL_3 cholesterol was 34.70 ± 6.98mg / dl 37.03 ± 7.80 mg / dl.
