适当的绩效考核是企业运营的催化剂,它能充分调动员工的积极性,使员工的个人目标最大程度的配合企业整体目标,从而使企业经营目标得到实现。本文分析了当前企业绩效考核所面临的问题,提出相应对策,以期为企业绩效考核提供参考与借鉴。
Appropriate performance appraisal is a catalyst for business operation. It can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and make the individual goals of employees meet the overall goal of the enterprise to the greatest extent so that the business objectives of the enterprise can be realized.
