采用Autodesk Moldflow Insight 2010 CAE模流软件分析了相异两制件的两腔模在自然平衡流道下的流动,结果显示出两制件充填满时存在较大时间差和很高的压力差,且边缘装配处的翘曲变形量相差甚大,从而严重地影响了制件的成型质量与两制件的装配。经过流道平衡分析对分流道尺寸进行优化后的模流分析结果表明:两制件在充填满时的时间差控制在5%范围内、压力差和边缘装配处的翘曲变形的差异值几乎为零,满足了制件成型质量与装配要求。
The Autodesk Moldflow Insight 2010 CAE flow software was used to analyze the flow of two-cavity molds with two different parts under natural equilibrium flow paths. The results showed that there existed large time difference and high pressure difference when the two parts filled up Warp deformation of the edge assembly vary greatly, thus seriously affecting the quality of the parts forming and assembly of two parts. The results of flow field analysis after optimizing runner size show that the time difference between the two parts is controlled within 5%, and the difference between the pressure difference and the warpage at the edge assembly is almost Zero, to meet the parts forming quality and assembly requirements.
