采用钴照射的动物模型及其体外生化及免疫分析方法,探讨了养阴生血饮的药理作用。结果表明养阴生血饮能提高致死剂量照射动物30d和小剂量多次照射60d及荷瘤小鼠1次照射后20d的存活率;能增加超氧化物岐化酶的活性;降低过氧化脂质的水平;减少细胞的微核形成;促进脾细胞DNA修复;诱导脾细胞产生白细胞介素-2;保护骨髓造血功能
The animal model of cobalt irradiation and its in vitro biochemical and immunoassay methods were used to explore the pharmacological effects of Yang Yin Sheng Xue Yin. The results showed that Yinyin Shengxue Decoction could increase the survival rate of lethal dose irradiated animals for 30 days and low-dose multiple irradiation 60 days and the tumor-bearing mice survived 20 days after one irradiation; it could increase the activity of superoxide dismutase; and reduce lipid peroxides. Level; reduces micronucleus formation in cells; promotes DNA repair in splenocytes; induces spleen cells to produce interleukin-2; protects bone marrow hematopoietic function
