为了研究抱伦金矿采场稳定性并确定合理的采场结构参数,应用FLAC有限元模拟方法,计算了不同采场结构参数下的围岩应力、应变特征,分析总结了矿房地压分布规律,初步确定较优的结构参数。根据数值模拟结果,全面考虑采场结构参数的影响因素,采用模糊评价理论,得出了不同开采技术条件下的采场最优结构参数,并将优化的采场结构参数应用于工程实例,目前已安全采出矿石量超过10万t,取得了较好的效果。该研究为工程领域采场结构参数优化设计提供了一种新的方法。
In order to study the stability of the stope in Baolun gold mine and to determine the reasonable stope structure parameters, the stress and strain characteristics of surrounding rock under different stope parameters were calculated by FLAC finite element method. The ground pressure distribution Law, initially determine the optimal structural parameters. Based on the numerical simulation results, the influencing factors of the stope structure parameters are fully considered. By using the fuzzy evaluation theory, the optimal stope parameters of the stope are obtained under different mining technologies. The optimized stope structure parameters are applied to the engineering cases. At present, The ore amount has been safely recovered more than 100,000 t, and achieved good results. The research provides a new method for optimization design of stope structure parameters in engineering field.
