以来源于农垦58s的籼型光敏核不育系培矮64s和8902s及其F1、F2群体为材料,通过不同光温和不同生态条件处理,研究了影响光敏核不育基因的育性不稳定性和育性可转换性的遗传机理,结果表明:光敏核不育系培矮64s和8902s的光敏核不育主效基因等位。影响光敏核不育基因的育性不稳定性和育性可转换性可能均表现为微效基因的作用,且它们分别有独立的作用系统,环境温度对育性不稳定性和育性可转换性影响较大。
Genic male sterile lines Peiai 64s and 8902s derived from Nongken 58s and their F1 and F2 populations were used as materials.
