目的:探讨醒胰降糖灵对实验性糖尿病大鼠血小板参数及P-选择素含量的影响。方法:用链脲佐菌素(STZ)一次性ip65mg·kg-1,并连续7dsc甲状腺素诱发大鼠实验性糖尿病模型,至14d,选取成模大鼠以醒胰降糖灵干预21d后,用放射免疫法测定P-选择素的含量。结果:模型组大鼠血小板参数及P-选择素含量显著升高(P<0.01),醒胰降糖灵组可明显降低血小板参数(P<0.01),并能一定程度地降低P-选择素含量。结论:醒胰降糖灵可降低实验性糖尿病大鼠血小板参数及P-选择素含量,其作用机制可能与醒胰降糖灵参与抑制血小板活化、降低微血管的高凝状态有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Xingyin Jiangsangling on platelet parameters and P-selectin content in experimental diabetic rats. Methods: Experimental diabetic rats were induced by streptozotocin (STZ) ip at a dose of 65 mg · kg-1 for 7 days and induced by continuous 7dsc thyroid hormone. At 14 days, Immunoassay for the determination of P-selectin content. Results: The platelet parameters and the content of P-selectin in the model group were significantly increased (P <0.01). The CPJ group could significantly reduce the platelet parameters (P <0.01) and reduce the P-selectin content to a certain degree. CONCLUSION: SSJJ can reduce platelet parameters and P-selectin content in experimental diabetic rats. Its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of platelet activation and the decrease of the hypercoagulability state of microvascular.
