转达,是口语交际教学体系中常见的表达与交际训练。不少教师由于教学设计失真而导致训练失效,以致测试中“语句转述”类题型失分率高。一天清晨到校,传达室的安保人员向我转达了同事交代的事。我突发奇想:传达室是转达这种口语交际发生最为频繁的地方,安保人员不就是转达方面的实战型专家吗?不如把课堂搬到传达室,让儿童在传达室里学转达。在取得传达室安保人员的支持后,传达室里的口语交际课——“学习转达”就正式开课啦。课后整理文稿时我发现,儿童参与的获益,远不止“学习转达”这么简单。
