In 1766, when Rousseau was 54, he started to recall and wrote until 1770. “Confessions” has a strong autobiographical nature, Rousseau in which not only portrayed the various contacts with him, but also with astonishing honesty, frankly describe himself, not even conceal their most shameless behavior.
