目的:分析腹腔镜下阑尾切除术与传统开腹手术效果对比.方法:回顾性分析本院普外科收治的阑尾炎患者共70例,根据治疗的不同方法分别将患者纳入对照组和观察组,对照组的患者采取传统开腹手术,观察组采取腹腔镜下阑尾切除术治疗.比较两组手术出血和恢复情况、切口美观满意度、并发症.结果:观察组手术出血和恢复情况、并发症、切口美观满意度均优于对照组,P＜0.05.结论:腹腔镜下阑尾切除术对于阑尾炎的效果优于传统开腹手术,可减少并发症,减少出血,提高切口美观度,加速恢复.
