为了对晶粒长大动力学理论方程进行验证,采用SPPARKS和动力学蒙特卡罗算法对于大尺度三维多晶组织的演变进行了模拟,研究了模型温度对晶粒长大过程中多晶组织演变的影响,对于晶粒长大过程中晶粒尺寸的变化以及尺寸分布情况进行了统计分析,并讨论了模型尺寸的影响。结果表明晶粒长大动力学关系符合抛物线规律,尺寸分布采用Weibull函数进行描述更精确,模型尺寸越大,获得的晶粒长大动力学和尺寸分布就越精确。
In order to validate the theoretical equation of grain growth kinetics, the evolution of large-scale three-dimensional polycrystalline microstructure was simulated by using SPPARKS and Monte Carlo method. The effect of temperature on the evolution of polycrystalline structure during grain growth The influence of the size of the grain on the grain size and size distribution during grain growth was analyzed. The results show that the kinetic relationship of grain growth follows the law of parabola. The distribution of size is more accurately described by Weibull function. The bigger the model size is, the more precise the grain growth kinetics and size distribution are obtained.
