目的:研究自交系在桔梗新品种选育上的可行性。方法:选取了5个自交系和1份天然杂交种,计算它们的农艺性状的超标优势,并进行小区产量性状之间的相关分析。结果:与天然杂交种相比,自交系的单株地上部分性状除果实数以外,其它性状与对照相比相差不大。根性状变化明显,根长缩短,形状为上粗下细。总根鲜、干重与对照相比分别增加了23%和30%。小区产量性状方面,自交系的小区株数、小区茎叶干重和小区鲜根产量都低于对照。此外,相关分析表明小区株数与小区鲜根产量呈极显著正相关。结论:在适当密植的有可能保证产量的前提下,自交仍不失为桔梗培育新品种的一种手段。
Objective: To study the feasibility of inbred lines breeding new Campanulaceae varieties. Methods: Five inbred lines and one natural hybrids were selected to calculate the over-advantage of their agronomic traits and the correlation analysis of yield traits in different plots. Results: Compared with the natural hybrids, the characters of above-ground parts of inbred lines were similar to those of the control except the fruit number. Significant changes in root traits, root length shortened, the shape of coarse rough fine. Total root fresh weight and dry weight increased 23% and 30% respectively compared with the control. In terms of yield traits, the number of in-plant plots, the dry weight of stems and leaves and the fresh-root yield in plots were lower than those of the control. In addition, the correlation analysis showed that there was a significant and significant positive correlation between the number of plot and the fresh root yield in plot. Conclusion: It is still a good way for Campanulaceae to breed new varieties under the premise of proper yield and close planting.
