一、教学目的的确定这篇课文记述了左光斗的几则逸遗闻,一方面通过语言、行动和肖像的描写表现他的为人,另一方面又以史可法作陪衬,进一步突出他的精神面貌。课文后的“思考和练习”、除就思想内容提出问题外,还就古汉语知识编写了两道练习题,一道是关于句子成份的,一道是关于介词和介宾词组的。由于介宾词组在句子中的位置不固定。加之介词后边的宾语有时又可省略,这与现代汉语有—定区别,所以,后一道题既是重点,又是难点。据此,本课的教学目的可确定为:一、学习左光斗为国家选拔人才,以国事为重,将个人生死置之度外的精神,并剖析课文中的消极因素;二、理解陪衬的特点和作用;三、掌握文言文中有关介词和介宾词组的知识,了解介宾词组的用法和同一介词在不同语言环境中的不同意义。二、疑难词句补说
