针对传统的激光测量系统一直存在测量精度低、效率差的问题,设计了人工智能的非接触式激光测量系统,该系统主要由传感器匹配电路模块、放大电路模块、激光测量驱动模块、激光测量FPGA硬件模块、激光测量运动控制模块组成。通过传感匹配电路对目标物信息进行智能感应,用放大电路实现对激光测量系统的过压保护,以激光测量驱动模块控制激光头,通过激光测量FPGA硬件模块处理采集到的激光信号,融入激光测量运动控制模块实现激光测量系统的扫描过程的实现,并给出了非接触式激光测量系统的软件设计过程。结果可知,改进设计激光测量系统的测量精度高,效率优,具有一定的优势。
The traditional laser measurement system has always been the problem of low measurement accuracy and poor efficiency. A non-contact laser measurement system based on artificial intelligence is designed. The system consists of a sensor matching circuit module, an amplifier circuit module, a laser measurement drive module, a laser measurement FPGA Hardware module, laser measurement motion control module. Through the sensor matching circuit, the target information is intelligently sensed, the overvoltage protection of the laser measuring system is realized by the amplifying circuit, the laser head is controlled by the laser measuring drive module, the laser signal collected by the laser measuring FPGA hardware module is processed, the laser The measurement motion control module realizes the scanning process of the laser measuring system, and gives the software design process of the non-contact laser measuring system. The results show that the improved design of laser measurement system measurement accuracy, excellent efficiency, has some advantages.
