本文通过水化热、小圆环抗裂试验,研究了粉煤灰、矿渣粉对低热抗裂沉管混凝土胶材体系水化放热性能和抗裂性能的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰和矿渣粉可明显降低胶材体系的水化放热速率及放热总量,降低升温速率;20%粉煤灰和20%矿渣粉制备的砂浆抗裂性能最好;掺入20%粉煤灰和20%矿渣粉的C60F20K20胶凝材料体系适合配制沉管主体混凝土,而掺入20%粉煤灰和10%膨胀剂的C70F20P10胶凝材料体系适合配制后浇带混凝土。
In this paper, the effects of fly ash and slag powder on hydration exothermic property and anti-cracking performance of concrete with low heat cracking resistance were studied by hydration heat and small ring cracking test. The results show that the fly ash and slag powder can significantly reduce the hydration exothermic rate and the total exothermic amount of the rubber material system and reduce the heating rate; the mortar prepared by 20% fly ash and 20% slag powder has the best crack resistance performance; The C60F20K20 cementitious system incorporating 20% fly ash and 20% slag was suitable for the construction of sinking concrete and the C70F20P10 cementitious system incorporating 20% fly ash and 10% expanders was suitable for the preparation of post-cast concrete .
