企业与外界市场间的边界并非一成不变和清晰可辨,随着企业经营活动跨越边界、新型组织结构的发展和社会分工不断深化,企业人力资源管理已经“跨界”。本文以直观的视角,从“跨界”交换和互动服务着手,尝试将跨边界人力资源管理行为予以系统性整合和归纳,对由此带来的管理风险、关键能力挑战,以及企业人力资源管理体系重构等问题进行了深入思考,并提出建议。
The boundary between the enterprise and the external market is not static and clear. With the business activities across the border, the development of the new organizational structure and the deepening social division of labor, the enterprise human resources management has been “transboundary.” This article attempts to systematically integrate and summarize the cross-border human resource management practices with an intuitive perspective from the perspective of “cross-border” exchange and interactive services.
