研究了GCr15电渣钢20℃250℃,20℃450℃,20℃750℃3个连续阶段的热疲劳裂纹的形成与扩展。结果表明,840℃淬火,160℃回火可使GCr15电渣钢具有较好的热疲劳抗力。
The formation and expansion of thermal fatigue crack in GCr15 electroslag at 20 ℃, 250 ℃, 20 ℃, 450 ℃, 20 ℃ and 750 ℃ were studied. The results show that quenching at 840 ℃ and tempering at 160 ℃ can make GCr15 electroslag steel have better thermal fatigue resistance.
