2008年3月1日,品牌中国(女性)高峰论坛组委会在北京翠宫饭店召开新闻发布会,宣布2008品牌中国(女性)高峰论坛将于5月24～26日在北京举行。品牌中国(女性)高峰论坛是由中华全国妇女联合会与品牌中国产业联盟联合主办,中国女企业家协会和全国工商联女企业家商会协办,全国妇联宣传部、品牌联盟(北京)咨询有限公司、聚成资讯集团共同承办,而学习型中国论坛等单位成为了本次论坛的支持单位,新浪网作为惟一网络平台进行全程报道。
