采用微波消解技术,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定化妆品中钛含量。实验中消解体系为6.0 m L浓硝酸、1.0 m L过氧化氢和1.0 m L氢氟酸,方法的检出限为6.0 mg/kg,相对标准偏差小于2%,加标回收率为97.0%~100.6%。
The content of titanium in cosmetics was determined by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). The experimental system was 6.0 mL concentrated nitric acid, 1.0 mL hydrogen peroxide and 1.0 mL hydrofluoric acid. The detection limit was 6.0 mg / kg and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 2%. The recoveries were 97.0% ~ 100.6%.
