目的 :探讨粘附分子E cadherin和CD44v6表达与肝细胞癌 (HCC)侵袭转移的关系。方法 :用免疫组化法检测 6 6例人肝细胞癌组织中E cadherin和CD44v6的表达。结果 :侵袭转移倾向高危组 2 2例HCC组织中E cadherin和CD44v6的阳性率分别为 18 2 % (4 / 2 2 )和 6 8 2 % (15 / 2 2 ) ;侵袭转移倾向低危组的 44例HCC组织中 ,E cadherin和CD44v6的阳性率分别为5 4 5 % (2 4/ 44 )和 2 5 0 % (11/ 44 )。E cadherin表达与HCC的侵袭转移倾向呈负相关 (P <0 0 1) ,而CD44v6表达与HCC的侵袭转移倾向呈正相关 (P <0 0 1) ,且这两种粘附分子在肝癌中表达呈负相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :粘附分子表达与肝癌侵袭转移密切相关 ,检测E cadherin和CD44v6的表达可以作为判断肝癌预后的指标
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of adhesion molecule E cadherin and CD44v6 and the invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: The expression of E cadherin and CD44v6 in 66 cases of human hepatocellular carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: The positive rates of E cadherin and CD44v6 in 22 high-risk HCC tissues were 18 2 % (4 / 2 2) and 6 8 2 % (15 / 2 2), respectively; the low-risk group with aggressive metastasis tendency. In 44 HCC tissues, the positive rates of E cadherin and CD44v6 were 54.5% (24/44) and 250% (11/44), respectively. The expression of E cadherin was negatively correlated with the invasion and metastasis of HCC (P < 0.01), while the expression of CD44v6 was positively correlated with the invasion and metastasis of HCC (P <0 01), and the expression of these two adhesion molecules in HCC. Negative correlation (P < 0 01). Conclusion: The expression of adhesion molecules is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of HCC. The detection of E cadherin and CD44v6 expression can be used as an indicator to predict the prognosis of HCC.
