为满足枪弹在特种作战中的使用要求,利用Tc材料的力学特性,通过弹头结构分析、填充物和弹托材料的合理匹配,确定Tc复合弹的结构。采用数值模拟,对比圆头、尖头Tc复合弹和制式弹侵彻铝靶的性能差异;结合试验,分析Tc复合弹的侵彻特性及不同弹托材料的性能差异。结果表明:圆头Tc复合弹有更好的破碎性能;初速对Tc复合弹的侵彻性能和弹头的破碎性能起到至关重要的作用;尼龙弹托满足膛内发射要求,不会对目标产生附带伤害,能更好地匹配弹头。
In order to meet the requirements of bullets used in special operations, the structure of Tc composite bullets was determined by the mechanical characteristics of Tc materials, the analysis of warhead structure, the reasonable match of filler and strut material. The numerical simulation was used to compare the performance differences of round target, pointed Tc composite bomb and conventional bomb penetrated aluminum target. According to the experiment, the penetration characteristics of Tc composite bomb and the performance difference of different elastomeric materials were analyzed. The results show that the round Tc composite bombs have better crushing performance. The initial speed plays a crucial role in the penetration performance of Tc composite bombs and the breaking performance of the bullets. The nylon bouncing bombs meet the requirements of bore launch, Generate collateral damage, to better match the warhead.
