以钻装机第一输送机为对象,分析了其在工作过程中的各种磨损情况,并对磨损类型进行分析,用理论计算的方法计算了典型摩擦面的摩擦力,并提出了降低第一输送机的摩擦损耗的措施,试验表明,改进后的结构磨损情况较改进前有了一定的降低。
Taking the first conveyor of drilling machine as an example, the wear status of the first conveyor in the process of work was analyzed, and the type of wear was analyzed. The friction of the typical friction surface was calculated by theoretical calculation. Conveyor friction loss measures, tests show that the improved structure of the wear and tear than before the improvement has been reduced.
