一个中国女话务员不接转柯西金给毛泽东的电话,险些引起中苏之间一场核大战 外交是独立国家对外行使主权的官方行为。同外国人交往,不仅是外交官,就是一名普通工作人员都要十分谨慎,否则后果不堪设想。我国有一位女话务员,因为接一次电话,险些引起中苏核大战。 1969年,中苏边界大小摩擦迭起,最终发生了震惊世界的珍宝岛事件。苏联调兵遣将,在中苏边境部署了55个步兵师、12个战役火箭师、10个坦克师、4个空军团,总兵力达到100万。面对苏联的大军压境,毛泽东向全国人民发出号召:“要准备打仗”。正是在这种浓烈的战争气氛下,北京及全国许多大城市开始疏散人口,大挖防空洞。
