利用超高真空扫描隧道显微镜(UHV-STM),原位研究铜(110)c(2×1)-O纳米模板调控下的富勒烯分子的吸附行为及自组装纳米结构。结果表明,富勒烯分子在铜(110)c(2×1)-O模板上主要有两种吸附位点:-O-CuO-链上的铜原子和相邻的-O-Cu-O-链之间,并且富勒烯分子沿着-O-Cu-O-链自组装成线性链。进一步的热处理可将该类线性分子链转变成沿着[1 16]和[116]方向的六角密排岛。
The ultra-high vacuum scanning tunneling microscope (UHV-STM) was used to study the adsorption behavior and self-assembled nanostructures of fullerenes under copper (110) c (2 × 1) -O template. The results show that the fullerene molecules mainly have two adsorption sites on the copper (110) c (2 × 1) -O template: the copper atom on the -O-CuO- chain and the adjacent -O-Cu-O - chains, and the fullerene molecule self-assembles into a linear chain along the -O-Cu-O-chain. Further heat treatment converts this type of linear molecular chain into a hexagonal close-packed island in the [1 16] and [116] directions.
