有这样一个故事:拿破仑率领部队宿营在一个小镇,那个小镇盛产葡萄。当天夜里,一个士兵悄悄地来到葡萄架下,顺手摘下一串葡萄,津津有味地吃了起来。第二天一大早,葡萄园主人发现了地上的葡萄皮,立刻判断来此宿营的士兵偷吃了自己的葡萄,便去找拿破仑讨个说法。拿破仑很气愤,心想一定要严厉查办,并连忙陪不是,还拿出钱给葡萄园主。但过了一会儿,他又冷静下来告诫自己要忍住,因为眼下正是用人之际,处罚一个人是小事,却会影响全军的士气。同时他又以换位思考的方式为那个士兵考虑:经过长年累月的战争,士兵吃了很多苦,
There is such a story: Napoleon led troops camp in a small town, which is rich in grapes.
