跑是所有运动的基础,也是小学体育课堂教学重点内容之一,其中有接力跑、加速跑、耐久跑等各种形式的跑,相对于球类和游戏类等生动有趣的教学内容,跑的教学内容就显得单调、枯燥,同时,还需要消耗大量的体力。学生主动参与学习的积极性不够高,特别是在中长距离的耐久跑中,这种情绪更加明显。如何能让小学生在体育课堂上积极主动“跑起来”呢?下面笔者结合自己十几年来的教学经验,和广大体育教师们一起,来探讨体育课堂教学中让学生“跑起来”的有效手段,共同提高课堂教学效果。
