树无根不活,企业文化无根不立,根的深度决定了企业文化的效果,这个深度就是企业文化的“深植力”。如果企业文化建设只是停留在对公司的名称、商标、产品、宣传手册、广告、办公环境以及员工服饰等物质层面的堆砌上,那么距离企业文化的核心和本质还很远。在企业文化建设过程中,只有努力把公司把企业文化在基层落地深植,把企业的核心价值观变成企业员工的行为准则,使企业管理从他律走向自律,企业文化建设便会真正成为一个企业科学发展、和谐发展、可持续发展的有力法宝。本论文结合这几年企业文化在基层科室(保卫科)实施的做法和经验,从企业文化深植基层的必要性、方法以及重要意义三个方面,阐述企业文化深植基层的探索与实践。
Trees do not live without roots, corporate culture has no roots, and the depth of the root determines the effect of corporate culture. This depth is the “deep-rooted force” of corporate culture. If corporate culture construction only stays on the material level of the company’s name, trademarks, products, brochures, advertisements, office environment, and employees’ clothing, it is still far from the core and essence of corporate culture. In the process of corporate culture construction, only efforts are made to put the company’s corporate culture at the grassroots level, transform the company’s core values into the behavioral guidelines of the employees, and make the management of the company from heteronomy to self-discipline, and the corporate culture construction will truly become a The scientific and technological development, harmonious development, and sustainable development of the company have a powerful magic weapon. This paper combines the practice and experience of corporate culture in basic departments (security section) in recent years, and elaborates the exploration and practice of deepening the corporate culture at the grassroots level from the perspectives of the necessity, methods, and significance of deepening the corporate culture at the grassroots level.
